Moving forward, the Office of Research and Sponsored Programs (ORSP) requests that all agreements must be entered into RAPSS and tracked by the university. ORSP requests that all agreements should have a corresponding Document Review created in the RAPSS system. Document Reviews are generated in the same fashion as a Funding Proposal. To create a Document Review there are two ways a new agreement can be initiated. The first way is from the Funding Proposal Workspace (if an agreement is associated with a specific funding proposal). Under Current State, click Create Document Review. This will take you to the document review field in RAPSS.
If an agreement is not associated with a specific funding proposal, then the Document Review can be generated directly from the Agreements Tab. To create a new Document Review, click Create Document Review. This will allow you to create a Document Review that is not linked to a specific Funding Proposal.
